Just to clarify, you do this in Steam client. After that Steam will download additional language files and after that you can select the language in game.(Language files of single language can be over 5 GB, so it wouldn't be good to install them all for everyone.

I downloaded the Arabic pack along with a game update (I think), tried the Arabic VO.didn't like it so I changed back to English and it is downloading a 2.1 GB update now.Moreover I fail to see why it is done this way instead of giving quality of life options like automatically download all available or selected language packs and the ability to change them in-game.First Spiderman for PS4 now this. Are we moving forward in technology or backwards?
