I went to cmd and then ran DISKPART and set my boot partition as active and others as non-active and tried to boot normally again, but no luck. Then I got a linux bootable and tried to make those partitions inactive but couldn't find anything to do so (Yes, I set a boot flag to the boot partition using Gparted, but again, no luck). Unmark partition as active. After removing the laptop battery and putting it back, I could go to the bios and fortunately, I had an Windows bootable flash drive.
