Program Notes. Alligator Alley is the nickname for the east-west stretch of Interstate 75 between Naples and Fort Lauderdale that crosses through the Florida Everglades National Park. This park is home to many endangered species, one of them being the American alligator.

This show has been near the top of my list for many years. I recently settled in for the long drive over the Sonora Pass and put this show on to keep me company. I'd forgotten how damn good this one is, and the audience recording only makes it better.
