Hi all.I'm trying to get my yamaha dgx-620 connected to my macbook pro. The usb cables are fine.

But the mac simply won't recognize that an external device is plugged in. Garageband doesn't notice it, nor does the midi utility application. I've fiddled with the settings on the keyboard to see if there's something up with that, but to no avail.This is odd because everything else I've plugged into the macbook is recognized immediately and works flawlessly. So obviously I'm inclined to think it's the keyboard.
